My experience with Evidence Physical Therapy has been refreshing and rewarding! I’m so glad that I was referred to EPT and now I have first hand knowledge of why the reviews were so great. My initial phone call was taken by Jacqueline and she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Upon my arrival, I was pleased that the same courtesy and professionalism I received over the phone was being demonstrated in person. Jacqueline is an asset to this practice! Shital is my therapist and I’m so glad! Shital was professional, concerned, and engaging during my initial evaluation. She listened intently and came up with a strategy to get me back up to par. Her knowledge, expertise and earnest desire to help has led me to recover responsibly and has given me the confidence to press forward. Shital is another asset for EPT! Lastly, Monica is one of the hardest working techs I’ve seen in any medical office setting. She is always moving and making great efforts to care for the patients and assist the PT’s. One day I had to ask her how many steps does she do per day because she is constantly back and forth. Her work ethic is noticeable and infectious and she is another clear asset to EPT! I would gladly recommend EPT to anyone in need of physical therapy and I can also assure those who are on the fence of making a decision that you won’t be disappointed. Thanks EPT for being so great!
